Can I use my app account on the website?
Yes. Your BeityCare account, requests and history are shared securely between the mobile app and website.
How is a supplier assigned?
Your request is matched to eligible suppliers for the selected service and location. The first supplier to accept becomes assigned.
When do I pay?
Ordinary services, cleaning extras and solar maintenance are paid in full before work. Flooring and new solar installations require 75% at quotation acceptance and 25% on completion. Previous eligible payments and promotional credit are counted once.
Can I cancel a request?
You may cancel while the request is eligible, before a visit is scheduled or a quotation is accepted. Once scheduled, you can request another time from your order. For other changes, report a problem to BeityCare. Rescheduling does not automatically cancel the job or change payments.
